- 4 cups bread flour
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 17 ounces water
1. Mix dry ingredients
2. Add water – stir
3. Cover with plastic wrap and towel, place in microwave for 8 – 12 hours
4. Flour worktop and scrape dough out of the bowl.
5. Form into loaf shape.
6 Put dough in pullman tin, add lid, cover with towel
7. Rest in microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 hours
8. Preheat oven to 450
9. Bake 30 minutes
10. Cool on wire rack
