French Style Baguettes – No Knead

 

3 cups bread flour

1/2 tsp fine salt

1 tsp active dry yeast

14 ounces water

 

 

  1.  Mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Then add water. Use wooden spoon (handle) to stir – makes a sticky dough
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and a kitchen towe.
  4. Put in microwave (to keep from drafts)  for 7 – 12 hours.
  5. Flour worktop and srape dough onto the flour
  6. Sprinkle flour on top and form a ball
  7. chop in half
  8. Form into baguette logs place on the pan
  9. Cover with towel and place in microwave again for an hour
  10. Preheat oven to 450
  11. Place a small pan of water in the oven
  12. Cut long strip in top of dough logs
  13. Bake for 25 minutes
  14. Cool
  15. Eat
