3 cups bread flour
1/2 tsp fine salt
1 tsp active dry yeast
14 ounces water
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Then add water. Use wooden spoon (handle) to stir – makes a sticky dough
- Cover with plastic wrap and a kitchen towe.
- Put in microwave (to keep from drafts) for 7 – 12 hours.
- Flour worktop and srape dough onto the flour
- Sprinkle flour on top and form a ball
- chop in half
- Form into baguette logs place on the pan
- Cover with towel and place in microwave again for an hour
- Preheat oven to 450
- Place a small pan of water in the oven
- Cut long strip in top of dough logs
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Cool
- Eat
